We kindly invite to attend the online workshop “Ethically and socially responsible governance of research biobanks in the Baltic states” which will take place on October 29, 2020. The aim of the workshop is to exchange experience and discuss actual ethical and social problems of research biobank governance in the Baltic states, as well as to present the results of the project “Ethically and socially responsible governance of research biobanks in Latvia: analysis of opinions of public, donors and researchers”, this project is funded by the Latvian Council of Science, project No. lzp-2018/2-01710. The co-organizer of the workshop is BBMRI-ERIC (Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure – European Research Infrastructure Consortium).

Registration is free of charge, and the registered participants will receive Zoom link and password to join the workshop.
