The University of Latvia, as a partner in the European Joint Action project "Joint Action on Networks of Expertise on Cancer" (JANE-2), invites interested parties to take part in the first event of the new webinar series "Talking to JANE-2 – Conversations on Unmet Needs in Cancer Care."

The aim of the webinar series is to introduce the work of the JANE-2 network of experts and to highlight the most pressing challenges in cancer care across Europe. In each webinar, experts in the field will discuss current topics, share experience, and explore possible solutions for improving cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
The first webinar will focus on the topic "Translational Challenges in Integrating Innovative Omics into Practice." Experts will discuss the potential of innovative omics technologies, the challenges of implementing them in clinical practice, and the prerequisites needed to make these approaches more accessible and effectively used in patient care across Europe.
