WP3 Objectives
- Develop an evaluation system for the EUnetCCC project and the European cancer network.
- Establish data management mechanisms and KPIs (key performance indicators) to monitor the project's efficiency.
- Create and publish regular reports, ensuring transparency and providing recommendations for improvement.
ICPM’s Role in the Project
As a participant in the WP3 work package, ICPM contributes to the following key tasks:
1. Data collection and analysis: Ensuring standardised and reliable data to track the project's progress.
2. Preparation of regular reports: Annual and final reports that will serve as a foundation for future activities.
3. Development of the evaluation strategy: Collaborating with leading European partners.
Expected Outcomes
The WP3 work will deliver:
- D3.1 – Evaluation Strategy (May 2025): A detailed plan for developing an indicator system.
- D3.2 – Final Evaluation Report (September 2028): A comprehensive analysis of the project’s impact and achievements.
- D3.3 – Action-Level Indicators (September 2028): Specific recommendations for future development.
Project Significance
The results of EUnetCCC WP3 will serve as a basis for shaping more effective cancer treatment policies while fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration across European countries.
